We now require a minimum notice period of 24 hours to cancel or ammend any appointment time. 

Anything after this time and your deposit will no longer be refundable or redeemable against another appointment time.

If you cancel your appointment within the 24 hour period on more than 3 occasions, we will require a payment in full to secure any further bookings - this will be non refundable if cancelling withing the 24 hour notice period
